AEGNS may aggregate publicly available procurement metadata and commercial intelligence from third-party procurement systems and public-sector sources.

AEGNS:

Does not issue tenders
Does not guarantee procurement outcomes
Does not participate in procurement decisions
Does not guarantee tender accuracy, completeness, availability, eligibility, or deadlines
Does not guarantee that any opportunity remains active or valid

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying procurement information directly with the originating procurement authority or source platform before taking action.

AEGNS is not responsible for:

6. User Content

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT DAMAGES
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOST PROFITS
LOST REVENUE
LOST DATA
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
PROCUREMENT LOSSES
MISSED OPPORTUNITIES
REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE

IN NO EVENT SHALL AEGNS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO AEGNS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply in all jurisdictions.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEGNS, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of applicable law

16. Termination

AEGNS may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:
